What is the Holistic Fitness Almanac?

The holistic fitness almanac emphasizes the power of the lunar cycle, the wisdom from Ayurveda, and the energy of the seasons. To create a powerful intuitive fitness guide built to help you live a more intentional life.

Each quarter will be filled with an overall theme, workout challenge, and 3 areas to focus on. Each month will have a theme that includes at least 2 workouts, new & full moon rituals, seasonal nutrition guides, a recipe to try, and other ways for you to connect to yourself on a deeper level. 

The holistic fitness almanac was created to help you tune back into yourself and take a closer look at what you enjoy doing. Instead of pressing the cruise control on your health the almanac is built to be a guide you can use all month long to check-in with how you’re feeling to help you reach your fitness goals.

September 23rd, 2019- We will be launching a 4th quarter preview issue of the Holistic Fitness Almanac (October-December 2019 downloadable edition)

November 12th, 2019- The Holistic Fitness Almanac will officially be launching pre-sales for the 2020 almanac.
